I hold a 4 GB upgrade for my acer 5610z but it wont start when i enjoy both 2GB run into modules contained by what do i do?

If you refer to your encyclopaedia, which I have lately downloaded, that system only supports up to 2GB of RAM. I don't know where on earth you were told it supported up to 4GB, although if it be crucial.com, which is a site a lot of race use, all I can articulate is they are wrong on occasion, the instruction book is always the first and best place to look. Simply put, if the board will not support 4GB, it won't support it, not much you can do.
If your running window Xp, than windows xp does not see more than 2 gb's of ram. try taking out two and see if it starts. And really not a soul needs 4 gigs.
This is more of a comment to Yasha's answer. It's interesting because I'm running XP and I own 4GB of RAM. And the PC runs like a champ. I used to run on 2GB, but hold since upgraded because I use a lot of graphics intensive software (not games) and the extra memory have made a big improvement.



Now, contained by answer to the actual question. Is your double act of RAM modules identical? They usually own to be in direct for the motherboard to recognize both. Are they of the correct pin size? When you purchased them, did you label sure they're compatible with your PC? If you get them from a reputable seller, they should know how to help you out.
