Answer:

Most manufactures will replace a restore cd/dvd. This is much easier if you are the untested registered owner but is still possible otherwise. I would start at the manufactures website and any look in the support page for a way to decree one or just dance straight to the contact number and talk to the customer service rep. they will call for model # and serial number so have these all set. There is likely to be some charge for the replacement (much smaller number than buying a new copy of windows) or at tiniest a shipping charge.
You could get any regular window install disc and use it to do a completely fresh install. The only piece you would be missing are some proprietary drivers that the laptop may come with (such as wireless and others).
basically call the company detail them the computer wont boot up and giving an error they will bug you a bit and transfer you alot but in recent times yell and take mad they will convey you one free i did it and it worked just gotta complain alot transmit them you just bought it and very soon your pissed and you want the cd

ALSO I HAVE WINDOWS DISKS IF U MAY NEED EMAIL ME blustaller@yahoo.com we can work something out
