I'm audible range some pretty bad things around the quality of the notebook. I ordered one online a couple days ago, and i'm wondering what the odds are that something will be wrong. i own the three year total service warranty, and i need to know from personal experience how moral the support is for the strongest warranty. Sorry if it's allot to ask, i've just never baught something so expensive.

I hold a Dell laptop I am using right now. I bought it within 2001. Works great, did have the thorny drive go fruitless within the warranty length. Other than that its an awesome unit.
Oh ya the power cord have had to be replaced 3 times. But I use this item about 10 hours a light of day and leave it on constantly.

I use my Dell Insprion 1100 (3 years old) contained by my testing. It have always come through. Like the soul said above, I have have to replace the AC adapter once and the battery once. It works powerfully for everything else. Also, I have dropped it twice and no problem.
