I own a hot acer notebook and i be shifting my skylight password and locked myself out what can i do?

Hopefully the admin picture is still there...

1. reboot

2. hold whacking on the f8 knob

3. if you do it right you'll get an unsightly black and white menu

4. ARROW (no mouse yet) up to safe mode

5. press enter

6. when the eyeshade comes up you'll see another account labeled administrator

7. pick that sketch

8. the odds are pretty virtuous you do not have a password on that rationalization.

9. if so, you'll be in.

10. also if so, afterwards go to the control panel and tweaking the password for the other user (namely you)





IF not, there are utilities you can obtain, but you'll need comfort for them since you can really screw things up if you do it wrong at that point.
