I enjoy a HP Laptop, Windows XP and I used to enjoy audio, presently I enjoy no audio, when video are played. Help!?

When I expand the Control Panel and click on Sounds and Audio Devices Properties, under Volume, it say no audio device.

I had a Volume statue, no longer see it and I can't use the raise or lower volume lower than SADP.

Answer:

you need to reinstall your nouns card driver

go to hp.com - turn to their support download center - enter in the your laptop model number and download the nouns driver

That should fix it.
your computer somehow lost the sound driver.

no worries , here are two solutions:

install the sound driver put money on again if you have the dirver disk -a little complicated if you enjoy no experience in computers forget going on for it .

the second solution is:

go to start/programs/accesories/syst... tools/system restore.

clic on it and a pane will pop up pffering you to resotre your system to an earlier time or creating a system restore point.

choose the restore the computer to an ahead of time time tab and press next.

later you ll see a calendar with bold date ;clic on the date exaclty in the past you lost the sound contained by your computer and clic on next or restore .

you computer later will restart and the sound will be restored.

apt luck.
