I enjoy a problem next to my video card contained by my laptop?

i tried to play a couple of video with window media player they be wmv files the first video worked then i be in the middle of the second it basically stopped and this popped up Windows Media Player cannot play the video because there is a problem next to your video card.



i clicked on webhelp and it said

please give a hand!! can i fix this? is there a problem next to my laptop ive had it for smaller quantity than 2 weeks if this problem cant be fixed should i return it? what is a video card anyway? please help thankfulness in credit
