Do you know the brand of the camera? Go to the manufacturer website and look for the model and download the driver. It's free and jammy to install, so you won't have any problems.
When you tried to install the webcam, did you hold windows scan for drivers to us, or hold it use the internet for searching for specific drivers to use.
