I enjoy a broken laptop - I'd resembling to put together a Flat peak from it. How can I do that? Is it worth?

Answer:

You can't, the peak is hard wired to a board, and does not use one and the same signal set as a vga monitor, the built in video card doesn't requirement to use a normal VGA signal, if goes direct to a peak driver board.
STU is correct. I have researched this also. It's cheaper to buy a stand-alone monitor.

The monitor from a laptop is not made the agency that you would like to use it and it's too much hassle to generate it work.

-take my word for it... it's too much hassle-don't research it.
The parts would cost as much or more than a new monitor if you could do it, which you can't. You would want a separate power supply for it and the screen is not compatible next to your video card output.
