Please give a hand, I have a window professional XP and I was browsing websites, than a limitation poped up and it says sommething like(cant' remember) it will shut down due to virus(i imagine it says virus) Now everytime I use the laptop, it starts safe and sound mode, and safe mode near. And it doesent start out like what it used to be; near the blue login screen. Now even if I try secure mode and login mine and also the Adminstrator account, it shuts down BY IT SELF around 5 minutes adjectives the time. What should I do, please help.
Answer:
First, stir to Start>accesories>system tools>system restore and restore to a point you know was long beforehand this happened.
Second. Get well-mannered anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti-adware programs. Install these and run them at a minimum of once a week. Try this and repost.
Use you virus scanner boot CD! Either do that or put your compact disc in that come with your computer that will reset it bacl to its resourceful factory configuration
stay in locked mode and run your antiviruis.
