I own a toshiba laptop, & the scroll piece on the touchpad isn't working! how do i manufacture it work?

How long have this happened because for my laptop only just it works on and off (it an HP and presently it's broken) but It should be working in no time prolly if you restart, if well idk man
i dont know try a moment ago using a reg mouse and plug it in the pay for... That should work!
I dont have a toshibi but I own an acer and on mine its in your mouse settings within control panel.
Download the latest touchpad software from Toshiba's support site: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/...



Enter contained by your model number and browse to the software/drivers section.
Try reinstalling the drivers or use a USB mouse
