I broke my laptop eyeshade, wats the best counsel to return with it fixed for the cheapest price?
Answer:
Laptop screen are specific to the particular model, contact businesswoman for a price, also try a local repair specialist, see if they can help. Ask for a written quote for a blind replacement
Research how to and parts needed
Buy stuff
Build up courage
Do it yourself
Save $$$
i broke a screen and they considered necessary 600.00 to replace it. i went on ebay and bought one for 60.00. so i would try getting one on ebay
if it is still covered beside the warranty, even if it's your fault that it broke, try to use it and you might take a discount.
or you can use a desktop monitor.
you should go force out a variety of prices...later show someone the cheapest price you found and they'll probably find cheaper...
Depending on how adventerous you are, the cheapest way to fix it is to buy one of the Internet (E-Bay, etc.) and replace it yourself. With a moment or two bit of research, you can generally find the exact manual for your laptop and more than probable step by step instructions on how to replace it. It's not difficult at all, provided you own the manual and know how to disassemble and reassmble the laptop.
If you don't want to budge down the route of fixing it yourself, then your best bet is to find a local computer technician. I've see some sites on E-Bay that will offer free repair if you purchase from them (obviously you enjoy to ship your laptop to them), but I can't speak to their credibility.
Good luck!
this site will give you a sony vaio laptop a short time ago for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want/need a laptop (like me).
