I bought an Iphone, But i cant connect it within my computer because I dont have mac osx 10.4. i hold a laptop g4 with mac os x 10.3. DO i enjoy install 10.4 and buy the whole bundle or can i just buy another software? a

You inevitability to buy, borrow, or steal a copy of 10.4, then you can use the software update to capture the the latest publication of 10.4 for the iPhone.
Look around, ebay, craigslist always hold people selling their ancient disks (even though it's illegal)... ask your friends (even though it's illegal). save your $129.00 for Leopard!
You can upgrade to 10.4 by using Software Update.
